In the Sign application, I have created a template via the 'upload a PDF template' link. I am able to see the template to send or sign now. How do I share the template so other portal users can send or sign now as well?

In the ODOO Sign application, once you have created a template via the 'upload a PDF template' link, you can share the template with other portal users so they can also send or sign the document. Here are the steps you can follow to do this:
Go to the Sign application and click on the "Templates" menu.
Select the template that you want to share and click on the "Share" button.
In the "Share Template" window, you can select the users or groups that you want to share the template with. You can also set the access level for the template (e.g. read-only or editable).
Click on the "Share" button to share the template.
Once the template is shared, the users you have shared it with will be able to see it in their Sign application and can use it to send or sign the document.
Please note that the steps may vary depending on the version of ODOO you are using and the e-signature app that you have installed. Also, you need to have the right access rights in order to share the template.
