I need help managing Unit of Measure (UoM) conversion in Odoo for purchasing and subcontracting aluminum pipes. The challenge is that the KG per NOS is not fixed and varies.

Use Case:

1. Purchase:
   • I create a Purchase Order (PO) in KG.
   • The vendor supplies aluminum pipes in NOS, but the rate is per KG.
   • The weight (KG) per NOS varies, so a fixed conversion ratio won't work.
2. Inventory Management:
   • I need to track inventory in both NOS and KG dynamically.
3. Subcontracting:
   • I supply the aluminum pipes to a subcontractor in NOS.
   • I need to maintain the correct inventory valuation and reporting, considering the variable KG per NOS.

Challenges:

• How can I handle dynamic UoM conversion since the KG per NOS is not fixed?
• How can I manage inventory tracking and reporting in both KG and NOS?
• Is there a standard way in Odoo to handle this, or do I need customization?
