When testing my receipt printer they don't respond and this message shows ( Timeout waiting for IoT Box response, please try again.)

 any idea how to solve this?

Hello,

Please check the network connection of the printer and IoT box. If possible, share the related logs so others can better understand and help troubleshoot the issue.
