hello , i have a problem here, int the menu :
configuration->société->société : then in "informations générales" (frensh menu) setting -> company->company : then general :
when i try to enter the Taxe ID : he dont accept it : someone can help me, beacuse the taxe id here have an other structure.

Try preceding the Tax ID with two underscores.
So, instead of FR987654321 you would use __987654321
If you are ok with Python programming you can probably see how to fix it so that the tax id is not validated.
The addon responsible is "base_vat". In my system (v7) I found it at
/opt/openerp/server/openerp/addons/base_vat
