I need to filter attendees list in calendar module but i can not determine where it is declared so i can inherit it and add domain that would filter data by company_id.
Where can i find the declare of this field?

In the calendar.event model in Odoo, there's a field declared for attendees named attendee_ids.
You can refer to the calendar module for further details about the
fields available to meet your requirements, such as adding a domain to
filter data by company_id
