Hi everyone!

I am trying to download odoo 17 EE on-premise trial from my account to test some modules in this version and always get to the page with an error about downloading.

The account is working, previously bought under it in the store one of the modules.

What am I doing wrong?

I need odoo17 EE on-premise with modules for production.

You can't "download a trial" - you can either:
- start a (hosted) trial - via odoo.com/start
- download Odoo - via odoo.com/download
The error you posted has nothing to do with downloading, it is an error from starting a trial. Use your phone, disable your ad blocker or try again tomorrow as we have already advised.

You can not download a trial. You can only download Odoo if you have purchased a description.

I own the account and there seems to be no restrictions anywhere. I go to the download page and select what I need and then the message appears:

Trial refused

We couldn't verify your trial request!

Then the error number is like -

REQ-ID: 535d013-184b0d00135-0134a0e1 - Date: 2024-09-08 12:57:43 UTC

It's always like this.


I have written many times to support, but have not gotten any feedback.


Can you try downloading the trial, maybe the problem is not just me?

Verify Account Permissions : Ensure that your account has the necessary permissions to download the on-premise version. Sometimes, account issues or subscription types can affect access.

Contact Odoo Support : Since you previously purchased a module and your account is active, it might be helpful to reach out directly to Odoo support. They can provide specific assistance or resolve account-related issues.
