I would love to offer my customers the ability to book a field service directly from the portal. When a customer is logged in, they go to appointment page on the website and book and field service appointment. They can track the stage of the field service, any project/task related piece of information stays with the field service task and once job is done and invoice is created and sent out. Has anyone built something like that?
