I'm using Odoo 18 Community Edition with the website eCommerce module. Currently, whenever a customer adds a product to their cart on the website, the system automatically creates a quotation and sends me an email notification.
I want to disable these automatic email notifications for quotations that are generated from website purchases. I've already looked at the "Sales: Send Quotation" email template in Settings > Technical > Email Templates, but there's no "Active" checkbox to disable the template.
In the Settings tab of the email template, I can only see options for:
- Language
- Outgoing Mail Server
- Auto Delete
- Dynamic Reports
I've tried looking through the website eCommerce settings and other configuration options, but I can't find a way to disable these automatic quotation notifications that are triggered when customers add items to their cart.
Has anyone found a solution to disable email notifications specifically for website-generated quotations while keeping manual quotation emails active?
Any help would be appreciated!
