I assume what you meant is
Payment at 5, 10, 15 days:
Payment 1 - 05.02.2015 - $ 5
Payment 2 - 10.02.2015 - $ 5
Payment 3 - 15.02.2015 - $ 5
Accounting -> miscellaneous -> Payment Terms: Create payment terms with 4 computation line. 3 with fixed amount (5$) and always last line with balance for invoice to be treated fully. For 3 fixed amount, Number of days will be 5, 10, 15 and day of the month will be 0 for net days. For balance you can specify the due date of your invoice as you wish, eg: Number of days 30, Day of the month 0 (For due date 30 net days from the invoice date).
