For every category, is it posible to change the sequence the products are listed in the pos frontend?

Thank you, Ray, but I don’t think I expressed myself correctly. What I want to change is the order of the products within each category.
Use the Point of Sale --> Configuration Menu and drag the Categories to the new order you would like:

After dragging Chairs to the bottom:
I do exactly the same (Odoo 18), but it has absolutely no effect to the desplayed result in the POS frontend. Any hints what the reason could be?
