Dear Odoo Support Team,

We have recently upgraded to Odoo 18, and since then, we have been experiencing significant performance issues. The system has become slow and unstable, frequently encountering errors. We often have to resolve various issues manually, which disrupts our workflow.

A critical problem we are facing is with the Point of Sale (POS) module—some sales transactions cannot be completed. For example, when trying to process sales for CABLE TIES 370x3,6 Natural (WHITE) Pemsan, the system throws an error. While this issue does not occur with all products, it affects many items, making it difficult for us to identify all problematic ones manually.

Since yesterday, we have specifically noticed issues within the CABLE TIES category. To illustrate the problem, we have prepared a video demonstration that we can share with you.

This issue is severely impacting our sales operations, and we kindly request an urgent resolution. Please investigate and provide a fix as soon as possible.

The same issue is happening with me. It get very slow when I try to search for a product on the pos and when I use the barcode scanner to fulfill and order on pos. It seems that the problem is happening when the system is redrawing the pos elements. It is very hindering to the work stream. In addition to that other unreasonable errors are appearing.
