Stock Adjustment process in Odoo 17.0

Question

Dear All,

I want to do Inventory Adjustments where I reduce stock qty/value.  I should be able to take print out of the product, qty, value that I adjusted as a single document (like a Sales Order or Purchase Order).

For e.g., I sell Fruits and Vegetable products.  On a daily basis there will be need for Inventory adjustments as F&V products are perishable items.
In a day I will put one Adjustment document with multiple product lines so that I can get the total value of adjustment and qty and
