In Odoo Point of Sale, when I click the "Customer" button to search for a customer and enter their details (which can be a name or surname), nothing appears, even though the customer is already registered in the Contacts module. Then, when I click the "Search more" button, I get the error.

I think for a customer need to visible inside pos the customer rank values must be greater than one. If you don't know what customer rank is you can try to create a new customer under point of sale -> customer menu and check of the contac appears inside pos
