i have tried to install a module called eBay connector but it didn't work on my openerp7. from the odoo apps it says that it's only for v6. is it possible to integrate it with v7?

yes you can connect you can find several tutorial regarding this
you need to tuse connect for it bit hectic but still you can connect

you an also find module for it in module section.
Most likely you will have to either port it yourself, or kindly ask the original author to do that for you. It never hurts to try and install the module however, maybe it will work regardless.
