I would like to inquire about possible solution(s) to fix the issue wherein this ValidationError appears:
Journal Entry is not valid. In order to proceed, the journal items must include one and only one receivable/payable account (with an exception of internal transfers).
I have checked the related journal entry and I found out that the entry has 2 payable lines instead of 1. However, the entries are already reconciled. I tried resetting the record to draft but the stated error appears. Additionally, I tried to forcefully set the record to draft, but I cannot modify the lines as it stated that the lines were already reconciled. I was trying to unreconcile the lines but the same ValidationError appears.
