Dear all,

We are using odoo13 community version windows.

Odoo Attendance App Required Some Fields , Machine IP Address and Port Number, even after they are filled it is not connecting. We don't understand why it's not connecting.


We need your help how to connect biometric machine to odoo.

hr_zk_attendance does support with ZKteco model 'uFace 202', ZKteco model 'iFace990'.
Are you using one of these ?

Are you using third party app to fetch the attendance into Odoo ? If yes, it will much easier to request the support in their channel.
