About the Role:
This position focuses on implementing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions tailored to manufacturing industry requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of Odoo into our business processes, with an emphasis on modules like Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Procurement, and more.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements specific to manufacturing operations.
- Configuring and deploying Odoo modules, especially within the manufacturing and supply chain domains.
- Mapping manufacturing workflows to Odoo functionalities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, to ensure successful implementation.
- Providing training and support to users, ensuring the effective use of Odoo systems.
- Continuously optimizing Odoo solutions to align with the evolving needs of the manufacturing sector.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2-5 years as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules like Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, and Sales, along with ERP implementation experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
