Well, can answer myself: the old "routings" model, (mrp.routing) has been removed in 14.0. So now you don't have a many2one in the bom for this model. Intead of that, you've got mrp.routing.workcenters directly in a tab of the BOM (operation_ids). Basically the same, but with more efficient modeling.
