With Odoo 16 Enterprise I could not find a way to add an analytic account on a POS or sale order nor on a sale order line
any one have an idea regarding this ?

POS analytic by config: https://github.com/camptocamp/account-analytic/tree/16.0-mig-pos_analytic_by_config/pos_analytic_by_config once this is merged it will be available in: https://github.com/OCA/account-analytic/tree/16.0
