Hi,
You have to open the website and switch the website language to the necessary version. Once you switch to the corresponding language in website, in the top bar you will see the Translate Button.
* Enable language in the database
* Make the language available in the website
* Open website
* From language switcher in the bottom of website, switch language to needed language
* Click Translate button in the top bar
