I'm currently exploring Odoo 18's HRMS suite, which includes modules like Expenses (hr_expense), Time Off (hr_holidays), Recruitment (hr_recruitment), Employees (hr), Fleet (fleet), Attendances (hr_attendance), Skills Management (hr_skills), Lunch (lunch), and Employee Contracts (hr_contract). While these modules offer robust functionality out-of-the-box, I'm interested in tailoring and extending them to create a more unique and efficient HRMS solution.
