Hi,
I am running Odoo 11 on my own VPS server. I would like to change the $ symbol from the right side to the left side, where it belongs.
Who here knows how to do that?

Hello Peter,
Go to configuration Menu -> Allow Multi Currency -> Click on save button
After reload page -> Go to Invoicing -> Configuration -> Accounting -> Currencies Menu
Click on Related Currency Record form view
Change the "symbol position".

Do you happen to know where I can change the cuantity from 1,000 to 1? It looks a lot better in my quotations.

You have to change Decimal Accuracy
Go to Setting Menu -> Technical -> Database Structure -> Decimal Accuracy
Find Product Unit of Measure and set 0 in digits field.
