Hello there!

I understand the issue you're facing with your Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule. It seems that you'd like all your preventive maintenance requests to appear on Sundays each week, regardless of the number of requests. Fortunately, there are a few approaches you can take to address this concern.

Adjust the Maintenance Duration: One option is to adjust the duration of each request. If you want all your preventive maintenance requests to be completed on Sundays, you can consider reducing the duration from 7 days to 1 day. This way, each request will start and finish on the same day, specifically Sundays.

Modify the Maintenance Schedule: Another approach is to modify the maintenance schedule itself. Instead of setting the PPMs to be distributed throughout the week, you can reconfigure the scheduling settings to specifically assign the requests to Sundays. Check if your maintenance module allows you to specify the preferred day or create a custom schedule. By doing so, all your preventive maintenance requests will be concentrated on Sundays.

Use a Maintenance Planning Software: If your current maintenance module doesn't provide the flexibility to achieve your desired scheduling arrangement, you might want to explore using a dedicated Maintenance Planning Software. Such software often offers advanced scheduling options, allowing you to set up preventive maintenance tasks on specific days, including Sundays. This way, you can have better control over the distribution of your PPM requests.

Remember to review your maintenance module's documentation or reach out to their support team to explore the available configuration options. They might be able to guide you on how to achieve your desired scheduling setup within the module itself.

Overall, the key is to make adjustments either in the duration of each request or the scheduling settings to ensure that all your Preventive Maintenance requests are concentrated on Sundays. By implementing one of these approaches or considering a maintenance planning software, you should be able to overcome the issue and align your PPM schedule with your preferred weekly layout.

I hope these suggestions help you resolve the problem you're facing. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to ask!
