I have Odoo 13 instance with eCommerce module.
I was recently told that the system isn't working properly and when salesperson creates an order via the website and then tries to edit the customer (replaces himself with actual customer) then Odoo automatically will revert the change even if it saved correctly.
In the end in the chatter there are usually two messages immediately one after another:
Sometimes it could also happen when second salesperson changes customer and then original salesperson comes back to view the order and then odoo decides to update customer. Even when order was already confirmed and there is no way of changing customer by hand. What the heck is happening?
I was not able to replicate it by myself but I clearly seein order history that something went wrong.
How to track down this bug?
