I downloaded my enterprise Odoo database dump from my database page "www.odoo.com/my/databases" and I find in the forums I have to access to "mydomain/web/database/manager" to restore the database. This page show me error 404.

Let me know where exactly you are trying to import ? Looking to access this url: https://www.odoo.com/web/database/manager ?
The suggested solution is for odoo hosted by yourself or for the instance that allows you to do it. Unfortunately, you cannot restore any db to the odoo.com.
You can do it, in your locally installed odoo instance or in server.

No, I am trying to access "https://[my-trial-database].odoo.com/web/database/manager". And it shows 404.
The story is I am learning partner and my old trial database expired, so I made new trial database and try to restore my old dump to it. So I can continue my learning courses.
You cannot do that.
