Time Off. How to check the future Time Off balances of employees?

Question

We have an Accrual plan for all employees and we want to see how many vacation days all employees of the company have accumulated on a certain date.
I know how to see the current balance, but how to see the future balance?

1. You can view the time off balance in the employee profile.
