I have all the necessary roles and I've installed two payment providers (SEPA and Paypal) but neither of them is showing up under payment providers within Odoo(18)
What could be the problem?

If you can not see the payment providers you need to ensure that the company_id matches the company id you have set in Odoo. Say if you have multiple companies and you are in company 2 then ensure on the database table payment_providers the company_id is set to 2 then you will see the providers.
