My company hired an IT company and they created my tms using Odoo. I have a login and password for this tms hosted on Odoo.
Unfortunately, the company doesn't help me, they don't seem to know what they're doing and they deny me access to my own information. I'm losing customers because of them.
How can I access the panel to get my database?
