When you have different points of sale it is important to know the profitability. Both the revenues generated and the costs of the products sold.

In order to be able to consult differentiated financial statements it is necessary to:


  1. Create a Sales journal by Point of Sale.
  2. Create an invoicing journal by point of sale.



  1. Assign the aforementioned journals to the Point of Sale Settings:



  1. Automatic Account has to be habilitated



  1. Product categories should have a costing method (FIFO or average) and automated inventory valuation.



  1. Activate developer mode and Create a Multi-ledgerg gruop and indicate which journals are excluded (all those who do not belong to the point of sale)

Accounting » Configuration » Multi ledger




  1. Now you can consult accounting reports (such as Profit and Loss) and have a financial statement differentiated by point of sale.
