Bugged badge? When will I get my Civic Duty Badge?

Is the value of 100 votes correct? Or is it only answer's votes or only question's votes ?

How do you know that you have been upvoted 100 times? If all you are looking at is the badge page, the information about 100 votes is the requirement to get the badge, not the number of votes you have so far.
As far as I've seen, the total number of votes that one has is not available anywhere.
If I understand correctly, the 'Civic Duty Badge' is earned when the user votes 100 times, not when he receive 100 votes.
I understood the same as Guewen, voted 100 times means for me that I made 100 votes not that I received 100 votes. Plus, the name of the badge itself means that you accomplished a Duty, so it make me confident it is given votes instead of received.
Ooh, ok I see you made more than 100 votes on your user page. I don't know the answer but you might want to compare with Anto who is the only one to have the Civic Duty badge at this time. Check here: http://help.openerp.com/users/20/1068/
I see two options, counter was somehow reseted or it has been fixed in the mean time. I will wait and see when I will be at 200.
