Hello,

we tested our needs for odoo and how to configure everything for 3 months. Now we wanted to start on our actual Project. Sadly we have used the Production Branch for testing. The branch is now littered with test data and test configurations.

Our problem is that we can't find out how to create a new and empty production branch (whilst keeping the branch, we have as production right now, as reference ideally)

Edit: Or for that matter it would already be tremendously helpful to know how to roll back to initial commit.
