I have a computer hardware store, I opened a hardware maintenance service, I want to configure Odoo to track hardware repairs and its repair with a few technicians. Namely: Reception, and diagnosis, estimate, repair, invoice, and delivery. Has anyone already configured such a goal? Could you help me realize this project?

Hi,


Odoo can handle your hardware maintenance workflow very well, using mostly the Repairs and Sales/Invoicing modules, with a few customizations to match your stages.


On Odoo (v17 or v18, Community or Enterprise):

               - Repairs (repair) → core module for creating and tracking repair orders

               - Sales → to create quotations/estimates for repairs

               - Invoicing → to handle payments

               - Inventory → to track spare parts

               - Helpdesk(Optional) → if you want to log repair requests from customers online
