We have set up 2 companies under our Database in Odoo 18. We want to upload document records to the Document App for each company. 

However, we find that the document records in the Document App are accessible in all companies in the Document App.  How to set up so that individual records belong to a single company and are not shared with all the companies in the Multi-Company environment?
