Hello, i configured whatsapp on mu server and still waiting for meta to approve my model , it has been since one month now !! how much time does it take to approve the model by meta please ??

I found that the solution to this was that the Odoo preconfigured templates had not synced to my Meta WhatsApp templates. 

All you need to do is reset the Odoo template to draft then submit it to meta again for approval, once it is approved the template name should be in the Meta WhatsApp approved templates. 

This is after you ensure that all your configuration in both Odoo and meta are correct.

Okay, the error occurs when we use META approved marketing templates, but when using the adapted pre-configured templates the messages are sent correctly.

In odoo17, There are pre-configured demo data templates available in Odoo to use or modify. These templates can be used or modified to suit a specific business need.

To use these templates, navigate to WhatsApp app ‣ Templates and select a pre-configured template.

Click Submit for Approval to start the approval process. An email will be sent to the administrator of the Meta account when the template has been approved.
Only templates that have been approved are allowed to be sent.
