I previously asked the same question but I wasn't very clear with the question. so posting again.We need a provider for Odoo community hosting who follows all then privacy policies of EU countries. Any suggestions ?

You can go for Cloudpepper [1]  (https://cloudpepper.io). The company is registered in Belgium, and their platform with which you can create Odoo Instances (both Community and Enterprise) allows you to connect with any cloud provider, so also EU cloud providers that adhere to GDPR.
