Hi everyone,

First sorry for my little poor english, i'll try to explain clearly what i'm looking for.

I'm working in a vending machines society who sell coffee and snacks to other entreprises and public area. We are looking for an erp to manage all the stocks, vending machines and customer relashionship.

So my question is, is there a way to adapt openerp for our needs, is there any specifics modules i need to install?

It's ok for fleet management, customer relashionship, global warehouse management and much other pretty modules but our needs are specifics.

We have to take count of : - Identity of the vending machine - Stock in it - how many orders it dones - age of the machine and many others things.

If someone have meet this case or have an idea to configure, it will very helpfull

thank's

Thank you for answering, I'll explore this way tonight, it seems to be the best way without custom modules to have an audit of the sells and the stock. Thank's

I do not think there is a drop in module for vending machines. You would need to create a custom module if you cannot work your business process into openERP.

But here is an idea on how you could adapt openERP with minimal customization.

Define each vending machine as a seperate warehouse, use internal moves to restock the vending machine and define a dummy sales partner to "sell" to account for sales made by that vending machine.
