We are using the Helpdesk module for letting our customers create tickets automatically. All CC members in an email through our Helpdesk/Support are added as followers to the ticket.
However, when sending a message back through Odoo it seems that all followers get an individual email and not seeing the other members in the CC.
Can this be enabled that only one email is send out with all followers in CC?
