I've been exploring how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Field Service Management (FSM) tools can work together to increase customer experience, especially in service-based industries like HVAC, moving, solar, roofing, etc.


CRM helps track customer interactions, preferences, and history. But when it comes to the actual service whether it's dispatching, scheduling a delivery, or managing onsite tasks that's where

FSM solutions shine. Features like real-time technician tracking, appointment scheduling, and automated customer updates can elevate the overall journey.


I've done some research and found a few interesting integrations and use cases where CRM + FSM are making a big difference. But before I dive deeper…
