Responsibilities
Join one of the fastest growing IT software companies in our Indonesia office. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible to manage and support all IT aspects in our offices (within the same building).
Your responsibilities include:
- Maintain and support office network infrastructure and hardware
- Coordinate with Telecom Service (ISP) Vendors to ensure Internet Availability
- Coordinate with VOIP Service Vendor to ensure VOIP Availability
- Setup, maintain and support office Users Laptops (Linux)
- Troubleshooting for IT Equipment and inquiries of users
- Handle Procurement process for IT Equipment
- Manage internal IT projects
- Promote best security practices to existing employees and onboard new joiners

MUST HAVE
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge in network administration
- Good communication skills

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
