Have you ever been in the situation where your client asks you to link a computer or any other equipment with an employee? Well here is the solution for that matter. Follow these steps and your problem will be solved.


You only need two modules: your employee module and your maintenance module 


  1. Enter to your employee module and create a new employee. You will see that since you already downloaded the maintenance module, you will have a button on the top that says “equipment count”.












  1. Click on the smart button and create a new equipment (Ex: HP Computer)

  1. You can add information in the equipment template like: 

    1. Who is using it

    2. Assigned date (when you gave the computer to that employee)

    3. Product information

    4. Maintenance 

    5. And more.


  1. Save this and then go back to your employee and you will see that the quantity of equipment assigned to your customer has changed to 1. 


  1. You can add as much equipment as you want and if you enter the smart button you will see all of the equipment assigned to that employee and keep an accurate record.
