Hi,
I use the online version of odoo and I have problems configuring the barcode reader at my POS. When I scan it's told that there is no product associated with this barcode yet all the barcodes are configured. I need Help

Hi,
Thanks for the answer but all these 03 points are correctly verified. But it should also be noted that I imported my items into the inventory section. Initially some items came up when I scanned but then nothing.

Hi,

Please check out the below points
1) Check Barcode Configuration.
. Go to the Inventory module and check that each product has a barcode assigned to it.

2)  Barcode Format
. Confirm that the barcode format from your reader is compatible with Odoo. Odoo typically supports standard barcode formats such as EAN-13, UPC-A, etc. Ensure that the barcodes scanned match the format expected by Odoo.

3)  POS Barcode Configuration.
.  Make sure that the barcode scanner is properly configured in the POS settings.
