I am trying to understand how Odoo 8 uses email aliases. Let say someone sends in an email to support@yourdomain, or sales@yourdomain.com. I want that to be able to be seen by several people in a particular team. I am not sure how this works in Odoo. Can someone help me to understand?

I have prepared a guide on how to integrate the Odoo ERP with Office 365 mail server ( https://ventor.tech/guides/how-to-configure-emails-to-work-with-office-365-and-odoo/ ).
