I am trying to understand how Odoo 8 uses email aliases. Let say someone sends in an email to support@yourdomain, or sales@yourdomain.com. I want that to be able to be seen by several people in a particular team. I am not sure how this works in Odoo. Can someone help me to understand?

It has been verified on many customers already, and all screenshots are from latest Odoo (11 at the moment of writing) and latest version of Office 365.
