in POS when i sell, loyalty point increases for the customer, but when refund, loyalty point do not decrease
how to make loyalty point handle +/- selling ?

Hi Mohamed Ibrahim,
Checked in Odoo about this, After checking for V16 Loyalty Points, currently Odoo is not providing to decrease/minus Loyalty Points when we make any order refund.
In any loyalty programs and it's 'Rules & Rewards' tab have no configuration available.
for this you need to do customisation in Odoo module.

How come, all systems do not have this issue
Odoo should consider solving that ASAP
I have 2% loyalty points
If a customer buy goods with 10k he will get his points but when he return no deductions???
If I am the customer I will buy and return same order many times, and finally will get the product for free
This is stupid
I will handle the customization that odoo should do by default
