Website users (e-commerce customers), they can only access the website and not the backend. If you require backend access with multi-user for operations, then you'll need to purchase additional (per-user)licenses. However, if you only need to manage all operations with one user, there's no need to pay for each additional user(this user portal for only e-commerce)
