Hey guys,

did someone get MS365 Exchange connected with odoo trough IMAP or POP?

I don't know why, but I can't connect it.

I have tried everything, disabled modern auth, MFA + app Password. But every time I try to test it, I get "login failed".

Some advises here?

Did you solve this problem? The same thing happens to me with Odoo11.

Hi Cristian,

well yes, but if you are using MS365, you will get a problem because MS365 is giving up legacy login with IMAP, pop. They said in October, only IMAP and POP with OAuth is possible.

Solution:

Contact your Provider (MS365) they can activate simple IMAP and POP connection with user authentication.

Then it worked fine for me.
