Hello everyone,
I am new to odoo, after installing odoo I use a custom theme to change odoo's default dropdown main menu to a menu page.
Now I want to set that menu page to always open after user successfully login. I tried searching many posts and no luck. Most of the tutorials are how to customize, add or remove menu items and I can't find my answer.
Someone please tell me the solution. Thanks a lot.
You can fix this issue from the user settings by following the below steps
Setting--->User--->Preferences--->Home Action
Create a new user test this
Looks like this doesn't work on odoo ce.

Hi,
When you go to Settings -> Website,
You can see a field Homepage URL.
You can specify the link to be loaded in this field.

When i press home menu button to show menu page, the url doesn't change.
I am currently using muk_web_theme to convert dropdown home menu into a menu page, how can I get the url of this page?
