How is it possible for the HR department to know the remaining days of holiday per employee and per time off type?

When you are connected as administrator of the time off application, you have access to the Reporting menu.

Choose the reporting by type and then add “group by: employee”.

Make sure to have the filter “Approved requests” selected otherwise the reporting will also display the requests that were canceled and should not be taken into account.

In front of the name of each employee you have the total remaining days.


If you prefer to see the total remaining days per employee and then by type, just select group by employee and then by type.


Don’t hesitate to play with the filters and group by to find the data that you need exactly.
