You can set up odoo in your local machine, i believe you are looking for a back up db in your local machine for testing or something. If this is the case, you can set up odoo locally with docker or with source install.

Once the installation is done, clone the related git repo and add the path to configuration file and take a neutralized back up from odoo sh and restore it in the created odoo environment.
