What happens when a day of leave is displayed in decimal? (0,75 -> 1)

You book just one day off and it is represented by 0,75 day (in 40 hours/week as working hours), or 0,69 day (for 35hours/week).
It is becasuse your timezone in the user's preferences is different from the timezione of the Working Hours selected on the Employee form of the user.
Both timezones have to be exactly the same (even Europe/Brussels is different from Europe/Paris)
